Saturate a cotton ball with toner and gently sweep over face and neck. DO NOT rinse. Use after Daily Cleanser and before Daily Moisturizer.

I have been following a regimen given to me by Dr. Copeland's office for rosacea. It is very simple and has helped the breakout and the redness on my forehead.
