Did Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox go under the knife?

Jen's sudden transformation is almost definitely due to medical intervention, according to NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland. "This isn't just a few pounds of weight gain—I think this is breast augmentation surgery!" Copeland tells Star. "She could have had either saline or silicone implants, and she probably went from a small B cup to a B/C range."

Do BFFs Jen and Courtney Cox Arquette do "everything" together? It looks like Dirt star Courteney, 42, may have taken the plastic-surgery plunge, too! "She is thin, those kinds of breasts [fuller and rounded on top] are consistent with augmentation," says Dr. Copeland. "I suspect that she had a little sagging after she had her child [daughter Coco, now 2] and got them a little bigger to lift them and fill them out!"
