Dr. Copeland judges whether Vanessa Minnillo had her lips plumped.

Vanessa Minnillo may be the latest star to plump her pout. "Oh my God, there's a definite difference," says a witness, who spotted Vanessa in LA on Nov. 19. "She looked like she'd gotten lip injections, maybe collagen." While those close to Vanessa insist her lips are natural, New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland thinks the 27-year-old looks like she's had work done, particularly on her upper lip. "She may have had her cheeks and nasolabial fold filled with Juvederm or Restylane—or possibly fat," says Dr. Copeland.
